Local Home Inspector receives Master Certification

             Greg Hancock owner and operator of Hancock Home Inspections obtained his Certified Master Inspector designation. The prestigious C.M.I designation is given only to those inspectors meeting the high compliance qualifications of the C.M.I board. The designation also requires its members to adhere to the industries most strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

          Hancock Home Inspections has been in business since 1994 and is based in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, where Greg and his wife Vickie reside and operate the business.  In fourteen years Greg Hancock has conducted over 6000 home inspections in Clinton, Lycoming, Centre, Potter, Tioga, and Union Counties.  Hancock Home Inspections offers a variety of inspection services to include Radon Testing, Septic Evaluations, Wood Destroying Insect Inspections, as well as total building structural analysis.
